Shipping & Returns

To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront › Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returned items must comply with this policy:

 -Items must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

 -Items shipped with bubble wrap and/or protective shipping boxes must be shipped back the same way.

 -Footwear, accessories and bags must be returned in the original designer boxes and dust bags, if provided.

 -We will NOT accept swimwear with ANY signs of use.

 -We will NOT accept any returns for any undergarments (boxers, briefs, lingerie, panties, or bras).

 -If an item has a FLEUR DE RICHE security tag attached, it must be returned the same way it was shipped to you, and in its original position.

Any returns that do not meet our stated policy will not be accepted.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA IS ALWAYS FREE (For orders over $300). However, if the package is over sized (luggage), there might be a handling fee.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or some US states.

Our orders will be delivered by either UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Orders will ONLY be shipped to the Billing Address provided at checkout. Any orders that go through with different billing and shipping addresses, will be cancelled!

Title and risk of loss for any purchases of physical products pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. We reserve the right to ship partial orders (at no additional cost to you), and the portion of any order that is partially shipped may be charged at the time of shipment. All orders are shipped using one of our third-party couriers. Online tracking may be available at our courier’s website (for example, UPS), though we make no warranties regarding its availability because it is not under our control. While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific time.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensions-based. The dimensions of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights for items will be rounded up to the next full pound. The weights of items aren't shown to you, but is used by us internally to comply with our shippers.

FLEUR DE RICHE will not accept responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approvals. We will try our best to minimize any potential delays and will be sure to alert you every step of the way.
